Placement Policy & Guidelines


All are eligible to enroll for skill development employability training programs and get presented their candidature through Bapatla Education Society Institutions's Department of Training & Placements extended support in reaching your dream careers.
What we guarantee you is a possible transformation from a charcoal to a diamond value. One may be at a level now without training and due to his/her total involvement in training must move atleast one level up always.
Based on the individual potential levels of a candidate matching to industry expectations alone employment will happen. Hence, let's focus on investing in our career employability skills and be open for learning.

Gate 1: Aptitude, English (Online/Offline) - Regular habitual practices makes things turn perfect.

Gate 2: Business English Communication - English (Descriptive) - English as work language has an important role in making business growing and client's satisfaction.

Gate 3: Group Discussion (Attitude, Skills, Knowledge within an intelligent time delivery) - a checkpoint on verbal communication, knowledge levels and research focus contributory facts, team player skills, considering of others views and opinions as a natural leader, etc. all matters for a progressive thinking business work culture.

Gate 4: Coding/Programming skills (as per Industry) - Basics of IT skills are getting taught even at International Schools and hence we must be adaptive to learn new language and skills always.

  • We live in a digital and world of automation and hence everyone must have the base knowledge on IT fundamentals.
  • Gate 5: Checking the clarity on the concepts you learnt out of 3 years of Engineering / similar course of study. How strong you are on the base fundamentals are going to get assessed here. Once your foundation is found strong, they are confident enough to mould your skills as per the skill demand of the industry.

    Gate 6: HR or Behavioural Skills: Clarity on Career, Attitude, Readiness to adapt to the industry work culture and requirements and that leads to Final Offer.

Mandatory for Placements:
Caring Career for students and protecting our brand reputation and education standards are equally important.
Hence, listed out are mandatory for placements:

  • Min. 85 % academic attendance in each semester from 1st sem till 6th sem/ till the last working day of the pre-final year sem
  • Participation without research on the company and its requirements will disqualify.
  • Poor projection of student quality at the cost of institution brand is unacceptable. Hence, the following basic skills programs are recommended mandatory to develop a groomed personality representing our institution with quality education standards
    • Business English Communication Skills (considering its importance in all rounds - both verbal, written, email etiquettes
    • Aptitude / Problem Solving Skills - linked with a basic coding skills
    • Soft skills - Clarity on career planning, clarity on concepts, behavioral, attitude fine tuning, goal setting, dare to dream, motivation, teamplayer skills, etc.
    • Campus to Corporate Skills - Presentation Skills with confidence, How to sell or present self better? (Resume building, Mock GD, Mock Interviews, etc)
    • Infosys Foundation Program - IT Fundamental skills
  • Min. 85% of attendance on self funded above training program is what is required as a criteria to consider for institution based placements.

Note: In addition to the above, we keep the domain tech skill / certification as OPTIONAL to the choices of the candidates who wish to invest in their career and stand apart in particular and can be made at the extra hours beyond the college hours.

Note: A DIGITAL RESPONSE link on the same will get shared alongwith database fill up. If after confirmation, if found absent, then automatically the candidate details are set in such a way that it gets deleted with immediate effect. Since the bad remark gained due to anyone candidate negligence matters a lot for the institution.

An Enrolment link will get shared and based on the pulse response of candidates, each batch rollout will happen once in 6 months, at college subsidized price rates against market pricing.

FEEDBACK ON SELECTION STAGE PERFORMANCE

This need to be scrutinized by the respective Faculty Placement Coordinator consulting with HoDs.

Students need to share their recruitment exposure (if attended) and the stages of selection the candidate had undergone, within 2 days after the hiring date for granting them attendance for campus participation.

Once offered by a company, a copy of the offer letter, an updated Resume, one passport size photograph alongwith a testimonial has to be submitted within a week's time from the receipt of offer letter.
