  1. Submission of hardcopy is allowed upto 15th June 2019 for 4th (2020 passout batch) & 3rd year (2021 passout batch). Similarly, hardcopy submission for 2nd year (2022 batch), it is allowed upto 22nd June 2019.
  2. A soft copy (scan copy) need to get shared via email to becplacements@yahoo.com on or before Sat 1st June 2019.
  3. A demo of making online payment has been shared through whatsapp group.
  4. Ignorance of any communication is NOT going to be an excuse at all. Hence, all must be a part of student whatsapp group as well as student google group email Ids of the respective batches, under each department.

Submission of the following for the placement ready 2020 batch:

  1. Candidate Profile (Resume)
  2. Passport size color photograph - 1 no.
  3. Copy of College ID
  4. Copy of Aadhaar Card
  5. Copy of Passport / PAN (apply, if not available as it is insisting by companies for placed candidates now-a-days)
  6. Copy of Academic Credentials from Std. 10th, 12th, Diploma / UG / PG semester marksheets till announced
  7. Copy of respective Training fee payment challan (hardcopy) submission for 4th & 3rd years is on Sat 15th June 2019. Similarly for 2nd years, it is on Sat 22nd June 2019 respectively.
  8. Assessment test for all 4th years & 3rd years prior training is scheduled on Sat 15th June 2019.

Similarly assessment test for 2nd years on Sat 22nd June 2019 respectively.

Note: Submit the entire above in a transparent file folder for each candidate – One set with respective department and another at Institution's Department of Training & Placements

Points to Remember:

  1. Assessment Test Schedules by mid July 2019: Once the preparations are in full swing, we will keep our employability linked assessment tests ready after mid July 2019 by various recruitment vendors like Aspiring Minds, CoCubes, elitmus and so on in order to get out our deserving candidates scores gets considered for IIT dream companies hiring, which commences by Aug/Sept 2019.

    Henceforth, for attending the Campus Placements representing our prestigious brand Bapatla Engineering College, we insist candidate's skill/talent development as mandatory, before getting their candidature presented in front of any recruiter, since each one of your performance, gauge our institution quality standards in parallel.

  2. Aug/Sept 2019: Followed by Premier institutes Campus Hiring Calendar, our campus placements will start closely by the same timelines.

  3. Internship cum Employment Drives: M.Tech. 2020 passouts who gets hired by June/July 2019 will be allowed to do their 10months - 1year industry internship with the offered companies. Similarly, MCA and M.Sc. will also have a provision to get hired and be a part of the industry for full time in their final semester.

In the interest of the student's career and support, our college has decided even for B.Tech. hired ones by various companies too have similar provisions to be with the industry for full time in their final semester (on certain terms and conditions, fulfilling the academic requirements).

 Mode of Payment: 24/7 - Online SB Collect on SBI website quoting the candidate Name, Gender, Department Name, Exam Roll No, Year &Sem of study, Training Particulars like Training Program Name, No. of Hours, Price Per candidate and payment made. In case if you are NOT finding your right semester, then select the higher semester found or available there and put the right inputs in the Remarks box in detail, quoted your Exam roll no., semester, department name alongwith your communication details to verify in case of any clarity required.

This back up if entered properly, then the backup of the same is good enough for us to identify, classify the candidates to various training groups and batches accordingly.

 

Modes of Communication:

  1. Email as only mode of Communication - The department created, student google group ids (batchwise) must have a direct communication reach to students to avoid any sort of delay in the communication and feedback process.
  2. Whatsapp - Students Whatsapp Group is meant for alert sharing on an event or information sharing alone.
  3. Queries will be addressed during office hours
